Orion launches Infinite Plasma OPM-4260 at ISE 2011
February 2011
Videowall manufacturer Orion exhibited for the first time in Europe at ISE 2011, showcasing its brand new seventh generation Infinite Plasma, the most successful videowall technology in the world.
Orion is the world’s leading independent videowall manufacturer, with a hugely successful range of bezel-less plasma technology which has featured in high profile corporate, retail and digital signage applications throughout the UK and Europe
ISE 2011 featured a preview of the new seventhth generation of the technology, the Infinite Plasma OPM-4260, which offers increased brightness and contrast, an even smaller seam gap and stunning colour reproduction. The stand will showcase this installation model and the 4260R, a version of the screen which is designed to be used in rental applications.
Stuart Holmes of UK Distributor PSCo explains;
" With increased focus on videowall technologies from specifiers and consultants we are seeing a huge upturn in interest for the product as a comparison to using projectors. Orion are the grandfather of videowall manufacturers and the technology has never looked so good, with a stunning seam gap of less than 2mm on the installation model and HDCP compliance."
